| 中文描述 | 這是一種少見的自體免疫形成的大小水泡或是膿包狀的皮膚炎。會有角質細胞和表皮間的血管之間缺乏黏著或膿包形成的發生。通常不會感染口腔和黏膜。損傷通常從臉部和耳開始，然後開始擴散，甚至可能擴散全身。少數病例中可能連腳底都受影響。搔癢、痛苦和發燒使疾病多樣化。二次感染可能發生。診斷可利用角膜下或是表皮粒狀濃疱進行抗自身抗體抗表皮內細胞內抗原的免疫螢光反應。 |

| 英文描述 | This is a rare autoimmune vesico-bullous or pustular dermatitis. There is a lack of adhesion between keratinocytes (acantholysis) and intraepidermal vesicle or pustule formation. It does not usually affect the oral cavity or mucous membranes. Lesions usually begin on the face and ears, then spread and may be generalized. In rare cases the footpads are involved. Pruritus, pain, and fever vary. Secondary infection may be present. Dx based on subcorneal or intragranular epidermal pustules associated with immunofluorescence of autoantibodies against an intercellular antigen in the epidermis. |
